1. About these Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of BoltTunnel. By creating an account or using BoltTunnel, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity performed through your account.

  • Keep your password and connected login accounts secure.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Do not sell, transfer, or share access in a way that exceeds the limits of your subscription.

3. Service and subscriptions

BoltTunnel provides account-based private network access through compatible third-party clients. Each plan states its monthly price, traffic allowance, device limit, billing period, and available locations before purchase.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Paddle acts as merchant of record and securely processes payment details. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewal and access remains available through the paid billing period, subject to plan limits.

4. Acceptable use

You must use BoltTunnel lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the service to harm others, interfere with systems, evade valid access controls, distribute malware, conduct fraud, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Third-party clients and sign-in providers

BoltTunnel may work with third-party clients and authentication providers such as Google, GitHub, and X. Those products are operated by their respective providers and are governed by their own terms. BoltTunnel does not control their availability, security, or policies.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to operate BoltTunnel reliably, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or product reasons.

7. Intellectual property

BoltTunnel’s website, software, visual identity, written content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, user devices, unsupported clients, internet failures, unlawful use, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using BoltTunnel at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when an account materially violates these Terms, creates security risk, or must be restricted to comply with law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account experience. Continued use after an updated effective date means the updated Terms apply.

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the contact channel published on bolttunnel.com.
