1. First-purchase refund window
You may request a refund for your first BoltTunnel subscription payment within 14 calendar days of purchase. To help us investigate service problems, include the account email, transaction date, and a short description of the issue.
2. Renewals and duplicate charges
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started, but we will review accidental duplicate charges, billing errors, and renewal requests submitted promptly after the charge. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
3. Abuse and excessive use
We may decline a discretionary refund where the subscription has been substantially consumed, shared beyond its device limit, used in violation of the Terms of Service, or previously refunded for the same customer.
4. Service failure
If a verified BoltTunnel service failure prevents meaningful use and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, we may provide a full or prorated refund or service credit, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used for your account. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary, so funds may take several business days to appear.
6. Cancellation
Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless a refund is approved, access remains available until the end of the paid period or until the plan quota is exhausted.
